Advance.org Innovation Program for 2013

Attention Innovative Entrepreneurs! Do you want to develop your entrepreneurial skill set, improve your pitching, build global networks and accelerate the growth of your business?

We just found out from Innovation Bay that the applications for the 2013 Advance Innovation Program will be closing at 5pm next Monday, 10 December 2012. So keep reading if you don’t want to miss out!

For the  25 start-ups  selected, the program includes:

  • 3 x workshops in Australia where participants will develop their pitch and receive critical feedback on their business model from experienced Australian entrepreneurs and investors
  • 8 x 1 hour mentor sessions via Skype from a successful Australian based in Silicon Valley
  • 5 x days in the US, beginning in Los Angeles with a full day of talks and panels. Attendees will get the inside scoop on local companies, people, incubators, investment, hot issues and learn the role of key players such as Mucker Labs, Science, Launchpad LA, Cross Campus and Amplify
  • Participants will then head to Silicon Valley for three days, to spend time with mentors, practice pitching, showcase their company, have countless opportunities to network, attend the Lounge Chair Series and experience Silicon Valley in a way that is totally unique, leaving them inspired to build a successful global start-up
